We have a 19-year-old Kitchenaid stainless steel range that we still love. The problem was, over the years, we had scratched and marked up the pretty surface. We recently had our kitchen remodeled and purchased all new beautiful Thermador stainless steel appliances. I hadn't had my beautiful range top for 2 weeks before my husband put a nice size scratch in it while cleaning it. I know it's just a scratch and things happen, but when you bust your a** to buy nice things, it's great if they can stay nice for just a bit longer than 2 weeks. Any who..I found ScratchOff on Yelp, and reached out. John immediately responded, was professional and my appt was set for the following week. He came out and as promised, removed the scratch and my range top was restored to prestine condition. My husband is most thankful. The couch was getting pretty uncomfortable. First off, I am finally catching up on several of my reviews that are long overdue (4 months to be exact) due to health issues. I am finally able to get back on track to review several of my contractors who have done a wonderful job. Scratch Off Stainless is one of those contractors. Tim was scheduled in Mid-December 2021. With Covid, the holidays around the corner and other delays, we both had to make a couple of changes in the scheduling. When Tim came over, he did an outstanding job. There were some scratches on my brand new Wolf gas range made by another team of contractors during my kitchen remodeling. Tim was polite, knowledgeable and reasonable in terms of pricing. I was pretty upset when this other contractor put these scratches on an expensive range, which had only been in my kitchen for 5 days. But Tim erased all those scratches, and made my gas range new, like it never happened. Attached are 2 photos of the range with the scratches and 2 photos after Tim's work. I didn't get a sink fixed but I spoke at length with the owner and he was able to tell me some interesting facts about sinks. He explained what the numbers mean in gauge when your out looking for a stainless steel sink. Also how to care for the one I already have. A super nice person!

Exceptional workmanship and above and beyond customer service! I would highly recommend them for refurbishing stainless steel. My cleaning crew inadvertently scratched a client's Sub-Zero refrigerator. I seriously thought that I was going to have to replace the costly SS panel. Thankfully, John was able to restore it for a fraction of the replacement cost. My client was extremely satisfied with the finished job, which ended up saving me a ton of money!!!!

One day pet sitting, I wiped down counter with an anti-bacterial wipe. Saw smudges on fridge out of the corner of my eye and wiped those down, too. Duh.  Panicked, I called ScratchOff and Rocky was like a therapist, walking me through what they could do to help. I needed solutions before I called the owners with bad news. I have all high end stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.  I needed someone to repair scratches on each appliance and what appeared to be dripping stains from some type of spray cleaner. I contacted Scratch Off over the web and was quickly contacted by its owner, Kevin Wagner.  He was responsive, polite and patient as we tried to work out the best time for him to come over, even though it took multiple emails!  Unlike most service companies or contractors, Kevin had no problem using email or texts.  I really appreciated this given my busy schedule. When it came time for his service call, Kevin was not only on time but prepared to fix my appliances immediately.  Unfortunately, the job was bigger than he anticipated.  However, he honored his original quote without any discussion. Another bonus was that he was great with my puppy who normally needs to go outside when strangers come! All in all, I would highly recommend Kevin and ScratchOff.  A very nice, hard working, honest guy who provided great service and left my appliances looking brand new.

Kevin just left my house and was fantastic to say the least. Very professional and honest. He was hired to do my dish washer, stove top and sink which has acquired scratches over time. Unfortunately he  was not able to do much with my stove due to so many curves but he was honest with me about it and came down a little on cost due to this. My sink and dishwasher look like new, he was very polite, and QUICK! I am a busy bee and that was a total plus! For being in the service industries for 20 years now the biggest problem was stainless steel repair but now with ScratchOff Stainless it's been a money saver. I have been with Sub Zero and Wolf for over 20 years and I have been dealing with ScratchOff for over 13 years now. I had two hoods that were damaged by an installation company and ScratchOff came out and repaired both hoods within a few hours and we were able to resell the hoods as good as new. In the past we would have to scrap the hoods and each hood cost us about $1100.00, so as you can see this service that ScratchOff supply have been a life saver for us here at Sub Zero West. We recently remodeled our kitchen and purchased new appliances. When the range was being installed it was scratched accidentally in several places. One of the scratches was about 4 inches long and after the installers tried to remove it themselves but could not get it out. It actually looked worse. We called the range company to find out what it would cost to replace the piece that was scratched and it was over $1000. I then called several places that sell high end appliances and was referred to ScratchOff Stainless. Kevin came to our home and was very thorough and explained what he would be doing. When he started my wife and I were concerned that it might not work or it would not look the same. After a little over an hour Kevin called us over to look at the range and to our surprise all the scratches were removed. Kevin was professional and we can not say thank you enough for the outstanding work he did. My house was damaged in the Woosley fire and everything had to be packed out, when my appliances were packed back in there was quite a bit of damage to my stainless steel finish on my refrigerator. Nobody was able to clean it properly and then I got the bright idea to Google a stainless Refinisher and found Scratch Off. I didn't think anyone could save my appliances but they did. Our cleaning person used the green side of the sponge on our $4,000 stove top. We were pretty upset!   When I spoke to John, he said he could fix the stove top to look as good as new. John was extremely professional and did an amazing job. John also cleaned up around the work area and it was like he was never there....except for the restored "unscratched" stove top. Having a kitchen full of stainless steel appliances with young kids around, it's great to know we have someone we can contact to fix any accidental scratches that may happen.
